Sun Jiaxu (born June 1, 1999 ) is a Chinese freestyle skier . He starts in the aerials discipline (jumping).

Career

Sun made its first international appearance at the 2017 Winter Universiade in Almaty . There he was ninth. At the Junior World Championships 2017 in Chiesa in Valmalenco and the Junior World Championships 2018 in Raubitschy he won the bronze medal. He made his debut in the World Cup in January 2018 in Moscow , which he finished in 31st place. In the 2018/19 season he made five World Cup appearances, four times in the top ten. He won his first two World Cup victories in Shimao Lotus Mountain and at the end of the season he finished fourth in the overall World Cup and second in the Aerials World Cup. At the season highlight, the 2019 World Championships in Park City , he won the silver medal in the team competition. In addition, he won there 13th place in the individual.
