The Super 6 is a baseball and softball tournament in which the six best European national teams of both sports compete against each other. The tournament is hosted by the World Baseball Softball Confederation Europe. The opening season of the Super 6 takes place from September 18-23, 2018 in Hoofddorp , the Netherlands .

The basis for the introduction of the Super 6 as the top tournament in European baseball was the founding of WBSC Europe , the European division of the World Baseball Softball Confederation on February 10, 2018. The predecessor organizations Confederation of European Baseball (CEB) and European Softball Federation (ESF), which until then were responsible for the organization of European baseball and softball, were brought together under the umbrella of the world association. This was decided at the annual conference of the national associations from February 9-10, 2018 in Val d'Europe, France . At the same conference, the Super 6 was presented as a new top European event.
