Susan Jeffers
Susan Jeffers (born March 3, 1938 in Hazleton , Pennsylvania as Susan Gildenberg , † October 27, 2012 in Los Angeles , California ) was an American psychologist and author of self-help literature . She published her first and probably best-known book in 1987 under the original title Feel the Fear and Do It Anyway . It has been translated into several languages, in German it has been published under the title Self-Confidence Win: The Fear of Fear to Lose .
