Susanne Wiebe
Susanne Wiebe (* 1955 in Stuttgart ) is a German fashion designer .
Life
As a child, she lived in Tehran from 1959 to 1962 . After training at the Berlin School of Fine Arts and graduating as a graduate designer from the Lette School in Berlin, she first worked in Berlin as a fur and leather designer.
In 1987 she settled in Munich and brought out her first own jewelry and leather collection. Susanne Wiebe is best known through her decades of collaboration with many well-known artists, with whom she continuously initiates creative projects, fashion shows, exhibitions and art performances. These include Anne Jud , Salomé , Alex Majewski , Herbert Weinand, Maximilian Seitz, Franz Hitzler , Thomas Niggl , as well as many projects with her partner Hans Matthäus Bachmayer , with whom she was in a relationship until his death in 2013, and posthumous projects with their joint work released.
In 2019 she showed the project The Tattooed Life from 2001 with Hannelore Elsner , Hans M. Bachmayer and Alex Majewski after the death of the actress again for 4 days in the Egyptian Museum in Munich .
She is one of the personalities of the Munich art and culture scene.
