The Sværholt Peninsula is located in Troms og Finnmark in Northern Norway between the Porsangerfjord in the west and the Laksefjord in the east. The peninsula is in the area of the municipalities of Nordkapp , Porsanger and Lebesby .
At the northern tip of the peninsula lies the Sværholtklubben and Sværholt , where a German defensive position was located during the Second World War . Apart from practice shots, however, it was not used actively.
