The Svartån ( Swedish for "Black River") is a river in the Swedish province of Narke . At around 100 km, it is the second largest river with this name .
Svartån arises as a discharge of oil and flowing south including through the Toften . Here the Svartån absorbs the water of the Tiveden National Park and flows further in a north-easterly direction through Lake Teen . The Örebro Canal joins in Örebro , which then flows into the Hjälmaren .
