Sydir Holubowytsch
Sydir Tymofijowytsch Holubowytsch ( Ukrainian Сидір Тимофійович Голубович , scientific. Transliteration Sydir Tymofijovyč Holubovyč * 1873 in Towstenke at Hussjatyn , Galicia , now Ukraine ; † 12. January 1938 in Lvov , Poland , now Ukraine) was a Ukrainian lawyer and politician from the Galician Ternopil ; he was a member of the Ukrainian National Democratic Party (UNDP).
From 1911 to 1918 he was a member of the Austrian Imperial Council and a member of the Ukrainian Parliamentary Club and the Ukrainian Parliamentary Representation in Vienna (united all Ukrainian members of the two chambers of the Austrian Parliament).
After the dissolution of Austria-Hungary and the formation of the Western Ukrainian People's Republic , he was State Secretary of Justice in the government of Kost Lewyzkyj ; after Lewyzkyj's resignation on December 23, 1918, he took over the post of head of government and held this post until the transfer of powers to Yevhen Petrushevytsch on June 9, 1919.
