The Sywulja Welyka ( Ukrainian Сивуля Велика ; Russian Сивуля-Большая Siwulja-Bolschaja , Polish Wielka Sywula ) is the highest mountain in Gorgany , a mountain range of the Forest Carpathians in Ukraine , at 1836 m .
The border between Poland and Czechoslovakia ran across the mountain in the Ivano-Frankivsk Oblast in the 1920s, and before that the front in World War I , as can be seen from border posts and remains of fortifications.
