Jacques Balutin (* 29. June 1936 in Paris , France as William Buenos ) is a French actor and voice actor .

Life

Jacques Balutin studied acting at the Cours Simon and found engagements at the boulevard theater relatively quickly . From the early 1960s he was seen in several small supporting roles in French films. So he starred in films like The Great American , What's New, Pussy? and grab the tiger by the tail quickly .

From the 1970s, Balutin was regularly booked for Lucky Luke productions. He spoke the main voice of William Dalton, a member of the Dalton brothers and main antagonist of Lucky Luke. He spoke it in the cartoons Lucky Luke , Lucky Luke - His greatest trick and Lucky Luke - The great adventure . He also dubbed the first season of the animated series Lucky Luke , produced in 1984 . It was only in the second season that he was replaced by Michel Tugot-Doris .

As a voice actor, he was the French voice on several occasions for actors such as Jim Varney , Elliott Gould and Paul Michael Glaser . He spoke Glaser in the entire television series Starsky & Hutch . Since Varney spoke Slinky in the three animated films Toy Story , Toy Story 2 , and Toy Story 3 , Balutin also took on this role in the French localization.

Balutin sang for the French introlied V'là Cubitus for the anime series Cubitus .
