Szyszkowitz + Kowalski are a German - Austrian architectural office , consisting of Karla Kowalski and Michael Szyszkowitz .
history
The Graz office was founded in 1978. Szyszkowitz + Kowalski are considered to be major co-founders of the architecture scene in Graz School . In their personal work, Szyszkowitz + Kowalski use an emphatically three-dimensional and expressive architectural language with a pronounced reference to landscape and context. Since 2005 Szyszkowitz-Kowalski + Partner ZT GmbH (partners: Michael Lyssy, Ignacio Chavero García). In 2009 the majority of the previous complete works were handed over to the Akademie der Künste in Berlin.
