Kill Sakariyanov

Tölegen Qabykenuly Sakarijanow ( Kazakh Төлеген Қабыкенұлы Закариянов , Russian Тулеген Кабыкенович Закарьянов Tulegen Kabykenowitsch Sakarjanow * 27. September 1961 in Tselinograd , Kazakh SSR ) is a Kazakh politician .

Life

Tölegen Sakarijanow was born in Zelinograd in 1961 . He graduated in 1983 to study law at the State University of Karaganda from. In 2006, he received another degree from the Kazakh State Agricultural Technical University .

He began his professional career in 1983 in the Ministry of Interior of the USSR . In the following years he was an investigator for the Interior Ministry in what is now Aqqaiyng County in northern Kazakhstan and a senior investigator for important matters at the Interior Ministry of the Koktschetav Regional Executive Committee . From 1989 to 1991 he worked for the Koktschetav City Public Prosecutor's Office.

After Kazakhstan's independence, Sakarijanow first switched to the private sector, where he managed various companies for over ten years. He only returned to politics in 2005 when he became Äkim in the Timiryazev district in northern Kazakhstan in August. He held this office until March 2007 and then moved to the presidential administration. From October 2008 to November 2010 he was deputy Äkim (governor) of the Pavlodar region . He then headed the Moskvoretskoye company from 2010 to 2012 before briefly becoming Deputy Chairman of the Regional Development Committee in the Kazakh Ministry of Economic Development and Trade in 2013. On May 6, 2013, he was appointed mayor of the city of Petropavl . After around one and a half years, he resigned on October 1, 2014 and was replaced by Marat Tasmaghanbetow . In 2015, Sakariyanov was head of the religious affairs department of the Kazakh capital, Astana (Nur-Sultan since 2019) and, from 2016 to February 2018, head of the administration of public utilities in Astana.

Since February 14, 2018, he has been the mayor of the Yessil district of the Kazakh capital Nur-Sultan. He was released from this post on July 2, 2019.
