The 2003/04 TBL season was the 38th season of the Türkiye Basketbol Ligi . 14 teams, each of which played 26 games, took part. The ten best teams qualified for the playoffs.

Play-offs 2004

The quarter-finals and semi-finals are played in the play-off rounds in best-of-five mode. The finale in best-of-seven mode.

Before the quarter-finals, Fenerbahçe qualified against Türk Telekom and Tekelspor against Istanbul Teknik Üniversitesi.
