Türkiye Basketbol Ligi

The 2008/09 season is the 43rd season of the men's Türkiye Basketbol Ligi . The main round began on October 16, 2008 and ended on May 8, 2009 with the 30th and final game day. The playoff phase of the season began on May 14, 2009 with the first encounter in the quarter-finals and ended on June 17, 2009 with the last final encounter.

In the play-off final round for the championship title, Efes Pilsen defeated the Fenerbahçe Ülker team 4-2 in the final series and thus secured the 13th championship in the club's history after two years.
