The dance club Bernau eV is a dance sport club in Bernau near Berlin . The club has offers in tournament dance (individual and formation ), popular sports, hobby groups, jazz dance , boogie-woogie and children's dance . The standard formation of the club was promoted to the 1st Bundesliga Standard in the 2015/2016 season.
history
The association was founded on December 6, 2002.
Formations
The standard formation of the TC Bernau appeared in the 2007/2008 season for the first time in the Regionalliga Nord Standard for league competitions. The formation danced in the regional league until the 2012/2013 season and qualified for the promotion tournament to the 2. Bundesliga Standard in the season. Here the team achieved 2nd place and thus rose to the 2nd Bundesliga standard.
In the 2013/2014, 2014/2015 and 2015/2016 seasons, the team danced standard in the 2nd Bundesliga. In the 2015/2016 season, he was promoted to the 1st Bundesliga Standard with 2nd place in the league.
The standard formation so far danced to the following musical themes:
- 2008/2009 and 2009/2010: "Beatles"
- 2010/2011 and 2011/2012: "Abba"
- 2012/2013 to 2014/2015: "Michael Jackson"
- 2015/2016 to 2017/2018: "In constant touch"
- 2018/2019 and 2019/2020: "Without Him"
