The Taşlidere (also Taşli Dere ) is a tributary of the Black Sea in northeastern Turkey .

The Taşlidere has its source in the Eastern Pontic Mountains . The river flows in a wide arc, initially to the northwest, later to the north and finally to the northeast. It flows through the mountains in the interior of the central district of the province of Rize . About 3 km before the mouth, the Güneysu , the largest tributary of the Taşlidere, meets the river from the right. The Taşlidere finally flows into the Black Sea on the eastern outskirts of the provincial capital Rize. The Taşlidere has a length of 34 km. A road follows the river along the lower 25 km of Taşlidere.
