Tadas Eliošius (born March 1, 1990 in Ukmergė ) is a Lithuanian football player .
Life
Eliošius lived in his hometown of Ukmergė in the Vilnius District until he was 13 . There he attended the soccer section in the Ukmergė sports school. His first coach was Romas Kiulkis (* 1958). At the invitation of the coach Antanas Vingilys , he played for the soccer team of the sports school Marijampolės žaidimų sporto mokykla in Marijampolė .
His younger brother Tautvydas Eliošius (* 1991) is also a soccer player. He also plays for the Lithuanian national team.
Career
Tadas Eliošius began his professional career with the second division club FK Vilkmergė in Ukmergė . Then he played for Lithuanian clubs such as FK Vėtra and FC Vilnius in the Lithuanian capital Vilnius and from 2011 at FK Sūduva in Marijampolė . Since October 2015 he has played as a striker for FK Lietava in the Lithuanian town of Jonava .
Eliošius has played in the Lithuanian national team since 2010. He made his debut against Hungary in November 2010 .
