Tadeusz Motowidło

Tadeusz Motowidło (born July 21, 1952 in Trójczyce ) is a Polish politician , trade unionist and since 2001 a member of the Sejm in the IV., V. and VI . Electoral term.

He attended the technical center for mining technology. For many years he worked in the Zofiówka coal mine in Jastrzębie-Zdrój . He became a functionary of the miners 'union and since 1975 he belonged to the Polska Zjednoczona Partia Robotnicza (Polish United Workers' Party - PZPR).

In the parliamentary elections in 2001 and 2005 , he won a mandate for the constituency of Rybnik via the list of Sojusz Lewicy Demokratycznej (Federation of the Democratic Left - SLD) . In the parliamentary elections in 2007 he was elected to the Sejm for the third time via the list of Lewica i Demokraci (Left and Democrats - LiD) with 17,087 votes. He sits on the Sejm commissions for economy as well as social politics and family.

On April 22, 2008 he became a member of the newly founded Lewica parliamentary group .
