Takuya Matsumoto ( Japanese 松本 拓 也 Matsumoto Takuya ; born February 6, 1989 in Shizuoka Prefecture ) is a Japanese football player .
Career
Matsumoto learned to play football on the university team at Juntendo University . He signed his first contract with Shonan Bellmare in 2010 . The club played in the highest league in the country, the J1 League . At the end of the 2010 season, the club was relegated to the J2 League . In July 2011 he was loaned to the first division club Kawasaki Frontale . In 2012 he returned to Shonan Bellmare. He played two league games for the club. In 2013 he moved to league rivals Giravanz Kitakyushu . He played two league games for the club. In 2015 he moved to third division club Blaublitz Akita . For the club, he completed 130 league games. In 2020 he moved to league rivals FC Gifu .
