The Talbach is a half a kilometer long stream in the southeastern Palatinate Forest on the parish of the local community Ramberg in the Rhineland-Palatinate district of Südliche Weinstrasse , which flows into the Dernbach from the left and east .

The Talbach rises in the Palatinate Forest east of Ramberg at about 320  m above sea level. NHN . It first flows in a south-westerly direction through deciduous forest, then takes on two small meadow streams on its left. The Talbach then turns to the west-northwest, flows through a small pond and finally flows into the Dernbach in Ramberg north of Abselstrasse at about 247  m from the left .
