Tamer Galal

Tamer Galal (born November 13, 1971 in Stuttgart ) is a German bodybuilder , personal trainer and author.

life and career

Tamer Galal began strength training in 1988 , but initially only as a hobby . In 1991 he reached 1st place in the "Stuttgart City Cup" competition. Then he was trained by Attila Hercsuth, currently chairman of the NAC South.

Between 1999 and 2004 Galal took part in over 180 competitions, was multiple German champion, later also European champion and world champion, and in 2004 he became Mr. Universum in the WFF / NABBA association .

Tamer Galal also works as a personal trainer . From 1999 to 2013 Galal held the award "Most Successful Trainer in Germany" in various associations for competition nutrition, competition training and competition posing.

He is the owner of the "BodyPlanet" in Ludwigsburg. The "BodyPlanet" has been voted the most successful fitness studio by IFBB and NAC for 13 years in a row . He has published a DVD and a book. Galal is 1.74 m tall and his competition weight is 85 kg.
