Tami Whitlinger , also Tami Whitlinger-Jones and Tami Jones, (born November 13, 1968 ) is a former American tennis player . Her twin sister Teri Whitlinger was also a professional tennis player.

Career

In 1991 she was in the round of 16 of the French Open and thus achieved her greatest success in Grand Slam tournaments. She was also able to reach the round of 16 in doubles at the Wimbledon Championships in 1991 , in doubles at the US Open in 1991 and in mixed at the US Open in 1996 .

She married tennis player Kelly Jones .
