Tamzin Malleson

Tamzin Malleson (born May 1, 1974 in Yeovil , Somerset ) is a British film actress .

Life

Malleson made her actress debut in 1996 in the British television series A Touch of Frost in a supporting role. This was followed by a further participation in the series Kavanagh QC and in the BBC drama Police Doctor Dangerfield where she played the role of Alison Dangerfield in the third season. She also starred as Penny Neville on the Channel 4 comedy television series Teachers . In 2001, she starred in ITV 's British crime television series Agatha Christie's Poirot in the eighth episode, Evil Under the Sun, and The Bill, as well as in the BBC hospital series Bodies . She also appeared in a few short films and in 2011 in the fantasy thriller 7 Lives .

Malleson was most recently known from 2011 to 2015 in the British crime film series Inspector Barnaby for her role as pathologist and coroner Doctor Kate Wilding, which she impersonated there from the 14th to the end of the 17th season. In 2015 she appeared in the television series Unforgotten in the role of Caroline Greaves.

Tamzin Malleson is married to the British actor Keith Allen and has a daughter with him, the child actress Teddie-Rose Malleson-Allen , who is also the younger half-sister of the singer Lily Allen and the actor Alfie Allen .
