Tanja Busse (2010)

Tanja Busse (born September 14, 1970 in Eversen ) is a German journalist and author.

Life

She grew up on her parents' farm in Eversen in the Höxter district and attended the municipal high school in Steinheim . She then studied journalism at the University of Dortmund and philosophy in Bochum and Pisa . In 1999 she received her doctorate in Dortmund with a dissertation on the subject of “ Doomsday as an experience. Apocalyptic tales in the mass media before the turn of the millennium ”. Busse has worked for several German-language newspapers, such as Neue Westfälische and Die Zeit , and is now a freelance journalist and author.

She completed her traineeship at WDR , where she works as a presenter and editor at WDR 3 and WDR 5 .
