Taral Hicks
Taral Hicks (* 21st September 1974 in New York City ) is an American R & B - singer and actress . Her sister is the singer D'Atra Hicks .
She began her acting career in the role of Jane Williams in the film In the Streets of the Bronx , with which Robert De Niro made his directorial debut.
