The Tarlha Ri is a glaciated mountain in the Lhagoi Kangri , the so-called "North Himalaya", in the autonomous region of Tibet .
The 6777 m (according to other information 6614 m ) high Tarlha Ri is 53 km east-northeast of the Kula Kangri . The mountain rises in Shannan Governorate, 140 km south of Lhasa . The western flank of the Tarlha Ri massif is drained via the Lhobrak Chhu , the eastern flank via the Lhobrak Shar . Thus the Tarlha Ri is in the catchment area of the Manas .
The Tarlha Ri has not yet been climbed.
