Tarzisius Caviezel

Tarzisius Caviezel (born August 18, 1954 in Chur , Canton of Graubünden ) is a Swiss politician ( FDP ).

Caviezel was elected to the National Council in the canton of Graubünden in the elections on October 21, 2007 and took office on December 3, 2007. In the elections on October 23, 2011 , the Graubünden FDP lost its seat to the Green Liberal Party (GLP) and Tarzisius Caviezel was not re-elected despite a good result (13,206 votes). In the National Council he was a member of the Commission for Transport and Telecommunications (KVF).

Since January 1, 2013, Tarzisius Caviezel has been the governor of Davos . He has an ex officio seat on various boards of directors and foundation boards and was CEO of Burkhalter Holding AG until the end of 2007 . Until 2011 he was president of the HC Davos ice hockey club .

Tarzisius Caviezel lives with his partner in Davos Clavadel and is the father of three children.
