from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Crime scene cleaners are specialized building cleaners who are commissioned by apartment owners, property managers, hotels and others to remove traces of the crime after a violent crime , an accident , a suicide or even a natural death after being released by the police . This includes a full cleaning. Body fluids and decay residues , vermin and other similar things must be removed and any damage documented. Objects such as armchairs, beds, carpets in the immediate vicinity of the corpse are often severely impaired and can only be restored to a hygienically flawless and usable condition with special and complex cleaning processes, especially when a deceased is lying down for long periods of time, if this is at all possible.

The job description includes knowledge and mastery of infection protection , disinfection and the corresponding legal provisions, as well as the proper disposal of objects that have become unusable, as well as the correct handling of respiratory masks and protective clothing .
