The pigeon tower (French colombier or pigeonnier ) in Carbonne , a French commune in the Haute-Garonne department in the Occitanie region , was built around 1600. The pigeon tower with the address rue Étienne-Prosjean No. 31 has been on the list of architectural monuments in France as Monument historique since 2009 .

Louis de Grilhon had the pigeon tower built, which is why it is also known as the Pigeonnier de Grilhon .

The round tower made of brickwork is covered by a dome . The roof, which has echoes of Moorish architecture , is crowned by a lantern .
