The Taylor Nunatakker are two 650 and 660 m high nunatakkers on Joinville Island off the northern tip of the Antarctic Peninsula . They tower southeast of Mount Quilmes in the southeastern part of the island and are connected by a narrow mountain ridge .
Scientists from the Falkland Islands Dependencies Survey (FIDS) took surveys in 1953. The UK Antarctic Place-Names Committee named them in 1958 after the veterinarian Robert Julian Faussitt Taylor (* 1929), who had looked after the FIDS sled dogs at the Hope Bay station in 1954 and 1955 and was involved in exploring the Joinville area from 1953 to 1954.
