Tennis Run is the name of a small stream in Juniata County , Pennsylvania . It rises on the southeast slope of Shade Mountain at about 504 m above sea level. The stream flows through McAlister Gap in a south-easterly direction, later to the east. About two kilometers from the village of McAlisterville it flows into the Lost Creek .
According to the USGS , the tennis run is about 5.1 km long and has a catchment area of 7.9 km².
