Terry Blackall Porter (born September 12, 1953 in Cambridge , Massachusetts ) is a former American cross-country skier .

Porter took part in the 1976 Winter Olympics in Innsbruck, Austria. In the single run over 5 km she finished 39th. Together with her teammates Twila Hinkle , Jana Hlavaty and Martha Rockwell , she finished ninth in the 4 × 5 km relay competition.

Porter studied ecology in Santa Cruz at the University of California . She later earned a master's degree in clinical psychology from the private John F. Kennedy University and a Ph.D. in management. at the University of Massachusetts . She later worked as a professor at the University of Maine Business School .
