(4219) Nakamura is a main belt asteroid discovered on February 19, 1988 by Masaru Inoue and Osamu Muramatsu at the Kobuchisawa Observatory.
The asteroid was named after Giichi Nakamura , the owner of the Mitaka Koki company .
