Tess von Piekartz (born July 24, 1992 in Ootmarsum ) is a Dutch volleyball player .

Volleyball career

Tess von Piekartz was active in her youth at the home set-up '65 Ootmarsum . In 2010 she moved to the A-League at Heutink Pollux Oldenzaal , with whom she became Dutch runner-up. From 2011 to 2015 the setter played in the German Bundesliga at USC Münster . She then moved to league competitor Rote Raben Vilsbiburg and in 2016 to Sm'Aesch Pfeffingen in Switzerland . Here she was national runner-up in 2017, 2018 and 2019. Tess von Piekartz played 40 times for the Dutch national team .

Private life

Tess von Piekartz is in a relationship with the German racing cyclist Marcel Kittel , with whom she has had a son since 2019.
