The Testimonia Linguae Etruscae (TLE) are a collection of inscriptions in Etruscan language published by the Italian Etruscanologist Massimo Pallottino in 1954. The compendium includes around 900 Etruscan inscriptions that are of philological and historical importance.

The individual texts were numbered by Pallottino and transcribed from the Etruscan script according to established rules . Among the texts there are also important inscriptions such as that of the Zagreb mummy bandages . The inscriptions are annotated in Latin , which among other things, the origin and earlier publication of the texts such. B. in the Corpus Inscriptionum Etruscarum (CIE).

The 70-page indexes classify the inscriptions chronologically, according to their origin and type of find, such as pottery , glyptics , mirrors and funeral urns . The word lists also contain epigraphic and literary sources . The Etruscan texts have been supplemented by glossaries by Greek and Roman authors who refer to Etruscan words.

A revised edition appeared in 1968 and is cited as TLE 2 . The first edition, however, is indicated with TLE 1 . In scientific treatises, the work, which is no longer in print, is still referred to as a source.
