Tetiana Filonjuk

Tetjana Anatolijiwna Filonjuk ( Ukrainian Тетяна Анатоліївна Філонюк , English transcription Tetyana Filonyuk ; born April 5, 1984 in Novoselyzja , Polonne district , Khmelnyzkyj Oblast ) is a Ukrainian marathon runner .

In 2006 she became national champion in 2:39:57 h. The following year she won the Ljubljana Marathon in 2:34:58.

In 2008 she was sixth in the Paris Marathon in 2:28:40 and qualified for the marathon of the Olympic Games in Beijing , where she came in 31st place.

In 2009 she was second in the Rome marathon in 2:27:43 and second in Ljubljana in 2:26:55.

At the marathon of the European Championships in Barcelona she was fourth, but later got the silver medal because the first two runners were convicted of doping.
