The Teurihorn is a mountain in the Splügen Limestone Mountains in the Swiss canton of Graubünden . It is 2972 m above sea level. M. high.
In its north-west lies the Alperschällihorn , a good 100 meters higher , and in the south the village of Splügen . It is separated from the Steilerhorn in the north by the Teuri gap. The Teurihorn drops steeply to the west into an uninhabited ravine through which the Stutzbach flows to Splügen. The mountain's striking light color is due to the limestone it is made of.
The ascent to the Teurihorn is from the northeast of Sufers over untracked terrain. It is classified with the difficulty level T5. There is a stone pyramid on the summit; the summit book is from 1986.
