The Texas Country Music Hall of Fame is an American hall of fame that annually honors eminent Texas country musicians with the inclusion.

history

The Texas Country Music Hall of Fame was founded in 1998 and is based in Carthage , Texas. The Tex Ritter Museum opened there in 1992 and moved into a new building in 2003 together with the Texas Country Music Hall of Fame and the associated museum. The Hall of Fame aims to honor Texas country musicians who have been recognized for their achievements within country music.

The Texas Country Music Hall of Fame also organizes concerts on its premises and has its own "Disc Jockey Hall of Fame".
