The Intersphere is a German rock band from Mannheim .
Band history
The four band members met at the Mannheim Pop Academy and joined forces in 2006 under the name Hesslers - after the name of the singer Christoph Hessler - and have called themselves The Intersphere since 2009 . The other members are guitarist Thomas Zipner, bassist Sebastian Wagner and Moritz Müller on drums. Right from the start, they were mainly active as a live band and quickly gained access to major festivals such as Rock am Ring / Rock im Park . They also appeared in neighboring countries. In addition, they also released albums on a regular basis, which were highly praised by the critics, but not yet made a commercial breakthrough. Only with the third album Hold On, Liberty! they entered the German album charts for the first time in 2012. The album consists of live studio recordings without any major post-production. A line-up change was announced at the end of 2015. Sebastian Wagner will relinquish his position on bass to Daniel Weber for scheduling reasons, who has often replaced him in the past.
