Theo Eltink (born November 27, 1981 in Eindhoven ) is a former Dutch cyclist .

Theo Eltink is a good mountain climber because he only weighs 56 kilograms. He started his career in 2002 with the Dutch Rabobank youth team . As an U23 driver , he was able to win stages in the Pyrenees Tour and the Tour de l'Avenir , among other things . After he drove as a stagiaire with the professional team in the late summer of 2004 , he got a contract for the following season. On his first big tour, the Giro d'Italia 2005 , he finished 29th in the overall ranking. Later on the Germany Tour he finished 26th, despite the helper services he had to do for Pieter Weening . In his second Giro in 2006 he made it into the top five of a stage. For 2009 he didn't get a new contract with Rabobank and switched to Skil-Shimano , where he only drove for a year before ending his career.
