Theodor Müller (businessman)
Theodor Müller (born August 14, 1849 in St. Ingbert ; † 1921 ) was an industrialist and member of the state parliament.
Life
Theodor Müller, who was a Catholic denomination, attended grammar school in Zweibrücken and the commercial school in Cologne . His daughter Theodora (1878–1946) married the industrialist Hermann Röchling in 1899 .
He was the director of the Novéant metallurgical company, Lamarche & Cie. (his mother was a born Lamarche). In 1896 the companies were merged with the Montangesellschaft Lothringen-Saar, of which Müller was general director. He was also a partner in the Société Métallurique de Sambre et Moselle and owner of ore concessions in Lorraine.
He was a member of the Metz Chamber of Commerce and has been President there since 1907.
He was politically active for six years as a councilor in Strasbourg. In 1911 he was elected to represent the Metz Chamber of Commerce as a member of the first chamber of the state parliament, of which he was a member from 1911 to 1918.
After the First World War , he represented the Stumm brothers in the compensation negotiations with the Reich government.

He was appointed secret councilor of commerce .
