Theodrenaline is a drug that is used in fixed combination with cafedrin for the parenteral treatment of a clinically relevant anesthesia-related drop in blood pressure , especially in emergency medicine .

In rapid-onset Theodrenalin mediated by α- adrenoceptors a vasoconstriction . Contractility , blood pressure , heart rate and, to a lesser extent , the cardiac output and the peripheral vascular resistance are increased.

Theodrenaline hydrochloride is used pharmaceutically .
