Thi Thanh Xuan Pham

Pham Thi Thanh Xuan ( Vietnamese Phạm Thị Thanh Xuân ; born January 25, 1972 ; † August 13, 2020 in Hamburg ) was a Vietnamese entrepreneur and founder of the snack chain asiahung with Pan-Asian cuisine.

Life

Pham Thi Thanh Xuan grew up in Xuân Trường in NamĐịnh Province , near Hanoi . After the reunification of Vietnam in 1975, she and her family moved to Đà Lạt in the southern province of Lâm Đồng in 1979 . In 1992 she moved to live with her brother in Berlin . She soon developed a franchise concept for the Asian snack bar where she worked . In 1998 she opened the first restaurant of the asiahung group in Schwerin , which expanded rapidly. In 2012 the group had 40, in 2014 it had 50, in 2018 more than 80 and in 2020 it had 90 branches. Asiahung was able to benefit from a close cooperation with ECE , a company specializing in the development of shopping centers. The group has branches in numerous shopping centers and train stations across Germany.

Thi Thanh Xuan Pham was the mother of three children. She died in a traffic accident in Hamburg in August 2020.
