Thilo Hutzler (* 1964 in Feucht ) is an author of children's and family games .

biography

Thilo Hutzler grew up in Feucht near Nuremberg and studied German , history , political science and sociology at the Friedrich-Alexander-University in Erlangen . After graduating, he worked as a teacher at high schools in Nuremberg , Memmingen and Ansbach . Thilo Hutzler has been working as a secondary school teacher since 1993. He has been teaching at a girls' secondary school in Donauwörth since 2013. The author lives in Kaisheim with his wife and two children .

Game designer

Even during his studies he often met friends to play games together and in 1987 he attended the Göttingen game designers' meeting for the first time . First contacts with authors and publishing house representatives were established there. In 1989, Conflix , the author's first game, appeared. So far (as of September 2017) Thilo Hutzler has published 52 game ideas with various publishers, which together reached a circulation of 1.1 million copies.
