Thomas Östlund (born September 9, 1965 in Stockholm ) is a former Swedish ice hockey goalkeeper .

Career

Östlund played during his career in the Swedish Elitserien and HockeyAllsvenskan and in the Swiss National League A and B . Between 1983 and 2002 he played for AIK Solna , Djurgårdens IF and Hammarby IF in his home country . In Switzerland, where he was active between 1996 and 2001, he was under contract with Friborg-Gottéron and HC Lausanne .

With the Swedish national team Östlund took part in the World Championships in 1995 and 1996 in part. He played a total of seven World Cup games and won the silver medal in 1995.
