Thomas Bruchhäuser (* 1964 ) is a German comedian , comedy acrobat , clown and director .
Life
Youth and education
Thomas Bruchhäuser comes from a family of artists (father Karl Bruchhäuser : painter, mother Ute Rohde / Bruchhäuser: silk painter, brother Mario Bruchhäuser: interior designer, brother Andreas Bruchhäuser : painter, brother Karl Bruchhäuser: actor). Growing up in the Westerwald, he completed his training at the Dimitri clown school in Switzerland.
Artistic stations
From 1987 to 1988 Thomas Bruchhäuser was the main actor in an international clown show by André Heller . In 1988 he founded the comedy duo "Tébé & Leiste" with Georg Leiste .
Directing work and productions
Thomas Bruchhäuser has been staging variety, trade fair and event shows since 1992. In 1996 he founded the creative and event agency movendi eventproductions concepts artists GmbH together with Peter Lomme. He is the author and director of numerous sketch theater and motivational shows for various industrial clients.
In 2000 he realized his idea for the Höhner Rockin 'Roncalli show with the Cologne band “Die Höhner ” and artists from Circus Roncalli , which, as an annual event staged by Thomas Bruchhäuser, now has cult status. There has been a close collaboration with Circus Roncalli since 2003: At the side of the circus director and founder Bernhard Paul , Bruchhäuser regularly takes on the role of artistic director for the "Circus meets Classic" series with world stars from different genres in the Dortmund Konzerthaus or in cooperation with the Munich Symphony Orchestra in the Munich Philharmonic .
Since 2003 he has been the artistic advisor for the ARD show " Stars in der Manege ". Thomas Bruchhäuser is director of the Apollo-Varieté in Düsseldorf and other Roncalli productions, a. a. the “Kelly Roncalli Show”, “Stars of Variety”, the classic dinner show “Panem et Circenses”. In 2005 he took over the staging of the opening event of the Roncalli anniversary year in the KölnArena . Since 2006 he has staged two of four productions of the dinner show "Roncalli & Witzigmanns Bajazzo", which appear every year with changing shows in Hamburg, Cologne, Frankfurt and Munich. Several times he was the director of the Oldenburg Christmas Circus, in which international artists take part. In 2008 he directed the 35th anniversary show of the Höhner in the Lanxess Arena in Cologne.
