The Thomas Cook Group Airline Limited was an aviation company based in Peterborough , United Kingdom and part of the Thomas Cook Group .

The group of companies consisted of five airlines with Air Operator Certificate (AOC), which are operated from the three source markets of Germany with Condor Flugdienst , Great Britain with Thomas Cook Airlines UK and the Nordic countries as Thomas Cook Airlines Scandinavia . Thomas Cook Airlines Balearics has also been part of the Thomas Cook Group Airline since 2018 .

The fleet of the subsidiaries of the Thomas Cook Group Airline comprised 100 aircraft. The subsidiaries carried 19.1 million customers per year to more than 120 destinations around the world. The Thomas Cook Group Airline had sales of £ 3.5 billion and 9500 employees.

As a result of the insolvency of the Thomas Cook Group on September 23, 2019, Thomas Cook Airlines UK ceased operations, the other companies continue to operate independently. Thomas Cook Airlines Scandinavia was taken over by a group of investors in October 2019 and renamed Sunclass Airlines on October 31, 2019 .
