Thomas Gundelund Nielsen (born November 6, 2001 in Skive ) is a Danish football player . He is under contract with Vejle BK and is a young Danish national player.
Career
society
Thomas Gundelund moved from Skive IK to the Vejle BK youth team in 2016 . On November 26, 2011, he completed in the second Danish division at the age of 16 in the home game against Vendsyssel FF , which Vejle BK won 4-1, his first game in the adult area. On January 1, 2018, he received a three-year contract. At the end of the 2017/18 season, Vejle BK was promoted to the Superliga , where Gundeland was not used. At the end of the 2018/19 season, the club from Vejle in southern Jutland was relegated to the second highest Danish division. On November 28, 2019, Gundelund scored his first goal for Vejle BK's first team in a 4: 3 away win against Viborg FF with the goal to 2: 2.
National team
Thomas Gundelund completed six missions for the Danish U16 national team and took part in the 2018 European Championship in England with the Danish U17 . He came to two missions and retired with the Danish team after the group stage; for the Danish U17 he played in eleven games. Gundelund played five times for the Danish U18 national team. He is currently playing for the Danish U19 national team .
