Thomas Meuser

Thomas Meuser (born April 1, 1961 ) is a German economist . Since 2008 he has been a lecturer and vice dean for the course "Green Business Management" at the private University of Applied Sciences Europe (formerly Business and Information Technology School ) in Iserlohn .

Thomas Meuser studied economics at the Ruhr University Bochum and received his doctorate with a thesis on environmental protection-oriented corporate management. As head of the department for environmental and quality management, he worked at the MA Management Academy in Essen, before becoming professor for corporate management and environmental management at the University of Economics & Management there in 1996 . In 1998 he took on a job at the Fresenius University of Applied Sciences , where he co-founded the business and media department as dean. In 2008 he switched to BiTS, where he helped to develop the “Green Business Management” bachelor's program, which was introduced at the same time. At the state central office for distance learning , Thomas Meuser is a member of the examination committee for the ecoanlageberater course.

Thomas Meuser's main research areas include educational and environmental management as well as health economics .
