Thorleif H. Holbye (born April 29, 1883 in Oslo ; † October 19, 1959 there ) was a Norwegian sailor .

Thorleif Holbye, member of Kongelig Norsk Seilforening was in 1920 in Antwerp at the Olympic Games in the 8-meter class after the International Rule of 1907 Olympic champion . He was a crew member of the Irene , which participated as the only boat in its class. The Irene whose crew also from Alf Jacobsen , Kristoffer Olsen and Tellef Wagle was, the achievement was enough for lack of competition in two races each of the target to win the gold medal. The skipper of the boat was Carl Ringvold senior .
