Thorsten Ruthe

Thorsten Ruthe (born November 9, 1983 ) is a former German football player .

career

Ruthe moved in 2006 from the second division Hannover Musketeers to the Braunschweig Lions and thus to the highest German division GFL . The 1.81 meter long linebacker  became German champion in his first year in Braunschweig and repeated his success with the team in 2007 and 2008. Ruthe went back to the state capital of Lower Saxony and strengthened the Hanover Spartans , then the trained industrial mechanic , who later took a break Studied business administration . In 2013, Ruthe played again for Braunschweig and was again German champions with the team this year and 2014. In July 2014 he was also in the Eurobowl with Braunschweig , but there they lost to the Berlin Adler . He played in Braunschweig until the end of the 2014 season.
